UWS Intensive Leadership Certificate Program
UW-Superior’s Center for Continuing Education is excited to introduce our new Intensive Leadership Certificate program, designed to address the evolving leadership needs in our community. This immersive experience is ideal for mid-level managers and employees seeking to enhance their skills, expand their network, and strengthen their leadership potential.
Intensive Leadership Certificate Program
- 5-day all-inclusive overnight retreat at Minnesuing Acres
- Facilitator-led sessions on the inner and outer work of leadership
- Topics include, conflict management, team building, organizational culture, engagement, ethical leadership, strategic thinking & more.
Program dates:
- This weeklong, overnight retreat will begin between 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. on Monday, November 18, 2024 and conclude by 1:00 p.m., on Friday, November 22, 2024 to accommodate participant travel.
Program Highlights:
- Expand Your Professional Network: Connect with a diverse group of local professionals across various industries, fostering valuable relationships.
- Personalized Leadership Assessment: Receive a tailored self-assessment to uncover your inherent leadership strengths and learn how to effectively leverage them.
- Develop a Strategic Action Plan: Create a targeted plan to directly influence and drive positive change within your organization.

Program Cost:
