Join us during National Small Business Week at the Lieutenant Governor’s Small Business Academy, a free event for small businesses, startups, and entrepreneurs.

This year’s academy, scheduled for May 6-9, offers workshops on financing, legal and regulatory issues, information technology, small business certifications, market identification, and sales opportunities, as well as advice from successful business owners.

May 6-8: 8 a.m.-noon Virtual sessions  – The SBID will again be hosting daily in-person watch parties in the 3rd floor ballroom of the Superior Entrepreneur Center. Stay tuned for more details and to reserve your seat!

May 9: 8 a.m.-noon In-person sessions – Hosted by partner organizations at locations across the state. Visit the WEDC site for more information.
