The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) and its counterpart in Minnesota (MnDOT) are jointly receiving more than $1 billion from the federal INFRA grant to replace the Blatnik Bridge, which connects Duluth, MN, to Superior, WI. This major infrastructure project will bring procurement opportunities to Wisconsin businesses.
