The SBID is pleased to offer access to a series of entrepreneurial workshops presented by our partner the Wisconsin Technology Council. The Tech Council has a grant through the federal SBA to put on a series of workshops, called SWIFT (State of Wisconsin Initiative to Fast Track Entrepreneurs), in places where people don’t ordinarily get exposed to an abundance of entrepreneurial training.
Their next workshop will be on Wednesday, July 26th at Yellowjacket Union at UW-Superior. They recruit “been-there, done-that” folks to serve as the mentors on various aspects of launching and growing a business. It’s free for entrepreneurs or prospective ‘treps who want to attend. This workshop is for ALL kinds of entrepreneurs, not just tech-based!
